At the Cairn we believe that whilst the decor is an integral part of the day, food is the most important aspect of your reception and for that reason we have chosen three chefs to work with us: Hayley Fyvie from A Pinch of Salt, Jen Pretorius from the Farmer's Daughter and Margie Harel from the Aubergine Cookery Studio. All these ladies have years of experience and great ideas about creating feasts for the eyes and the stomach, whilst keeping your budget in mind. They have marvellous, professional staff, from the kitchen people to the waitrons who add to the day with their etiquette, smart turnout and big smiles. Great food isn't just about technique. Great food is about passion....and , Jen, Margie and Hayley have passion in huge dollops! Nothing is too difficult, no detail too small, and clients tend to become friends with these three ladies!
